- In collaboration with McGraw Hill Construction (MHC), CSLS has provided the solution that connects Building Product Manufacture's (BPM) to the architects through education. Architects can earn credits by learning about building products through our online system. CSLS provides the technology infrastructure for a hosted solution that captures registrant information and reports to the University of Oklahoma as a transcript service eliminating a manual step previously done by the architect. CSLS creates an interactive web-based course from the BPMs marketing material that enables the architect to receive CES credit. The courses are offered to the a rchitects at no charge . The BPMs pay for the services in order to obtain a listing of all architects who take their course on a monthly basis. These qualified leads are turned over to the BPMs sales force for follow-up. The cost savings by not creating a multimillion-dollar direct mail campaign total in the millions of dollars.

CertainTeed Building Solutions/Saint Gobain: CSLS provides custom designed content and an administrative reporting management system which integrates to their legacy systems. CS software developers integrated legacy databases and web services into our Learning System, complete with user statistics. With assistance from CS, CertainTeed's Building Solutions Division enhanced their seminars and Lunch and Learn sessions with a new generation of multimedia courses accessible on CertainTeed's Web site.

- CS has been the master vendor for a large financial institute since the past eight years, placing hundreds of consultants responsible for various IT projects. These projects included; installing, configuring, and managing local and wide area and networks, network security projects including, installing, configuring, and managing over 100 corporate firewalls, among other tasks.

- For Aventis Pharmaceuticals, CSLS's instructional design and technical writing team spent 9 months creating instructional content for a monthly informational CD containing important system updates and changes for their critical and primary care sales force to stay abreast of required information. Supporting the different types of adult learners, CSLS's technical writers also were tasked to create a monthly Aventis, “IT Express Newsletter” which is deployed to the employee's desktop as a printable job aide. In addition, CSLS worked with the Aventis Training Group to develop and maintain Train-the-Trainer Leader Guides, End User Guides and Participant Workbooks for several employee-training programs.

- For an international
insurance brokerage
company, CS's consultants completed a MIS Site Implementation project. CS provided a site implementation manager as well as a team to complete network infrastructure upgrades, in-house and “off the shelf” application rollouts, M&A technology initiatives including office relocations, new office installations, shut downs and consolidations and technology platform migrations. The CS Sr. Project Manager functioned as the regional project manager for offices in NYC (including the corporate headquarters of MIS Staff) as well as for the Southwest Region (Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana offices). Also serviced the Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and Barbados international offices as project Manager for corporate MIS initiatives.

- American International Group Inc. (AIG) came to CSLS with a budget a timely deadline and a need for training. CSLS's put together a team including a project manager, an instructional designer, a system engineer, a graphic artist and a flash programmer. The team identified the solution and was able to build a web based training product on a proprietary application for performance support on time and within the specified budget.

- Ziff Davis Media Inc . CS developed QA test plans for a travel information web site. The application used IIS, ASP, Java and JavaScript, as well as a custom content management tool and databases. Our diverse team included Russian, Asian, Indian and Hispanic candidates. The work consisted of: the risk analysis, gap analysis, developed the Test Plan Overview and the Detail Test Plan, and conducted extensive and rigorous QA testing using multiple Windows and Mac OS platforms, various browsers and ISP services.

For BMW North America, CSLS provided a curriculum, which included a real-time collaboration platform which was delivered as an ASP service, to accelerate the introduction and effective use of its custom SAP system through interactive, online training. The Synchronous training encompassed a variety of topics ranging from Application Orientation, Ethics, and SAP which CSLS team of Instructional Designers and Virtual Classroom Facilitation Experts worked closely with BMW's Training Management to develop synchronous training sessions for BMW North America employees. CSLS provided a facilitated virtual training, with supportive paper copy end user guides, train the trainer instruction on the virtual classroom, as well as hosting of the application.
